Lazy days

I am sittin here actually bored and decided it has been awhile since my last blog, so here I am. Not much has changed in our lives,  we are still waiting for gods miracles!!!! lol  Not that I think he cant give us miracles I just know we need to keep trying our hardest and not give up.  I think that it is hard sometimes we get caught up in being lazy and just waiting on god for a miracle and not doing are part.  It is hard to stay motivated sometimes though.   But we need to just keep trying and think POSITIVE!!!!  My biggest moto.  

Mothers day was good, we invited both of our moms over for a bbq.  We just visited and had some laughs....it is always good spending time with family.  That is one of my best times spent is just being with my mom or just around family period.   I am very thankful for my mom and I think it is great to have a day were we can especially celebrate and give thanks to all of the mothers out there!!!  Till next time....God Bless!  

Life is full of WHYS

Sometimes I think why is this happening or why hasn't this happened yet!  I know the bible tells us to be patient and not anxious, but sometimes it's hard to follow that.  Sometimes my husband and I wonder why we haven't been blessed with a child yet or why he hasn't been able to find a full time job yet, but then I think about everything we have been blessed with lately and how god is sooo good.  He really does answer prayers and sometimes it is not as fast as we think it should be but we don't always know what is best for us.  We might think we do!  And sometimes the Lord answers us in ways we dont even realize at first.  It is when I really sit back and think that I am amazed at the glory of God!  I hope everyone can sit back and realize all the great things the Lord has done for them.  May God Bless You

Grateful!

I just finished watching Fireproof with my husband....a coworker gave it to me to watch.  It is a movie any married couple should watch.  At first I know my husband wasn't into it, but that is because sometimes we feel like,  "why should I watch something about marriage....mine is fine!"  And my marriage is really good but there are ways in which a marriage needs to grow and I definitely think Fireproof shows you that.  God gives me reasons everyday to smile....and watching that and the way my husband responded to it was one!  Sometimes you feel like your not being cherished or whats the word I'm looking for....loved maybe?  It is worth it to make the other person know how much you love them...and most likely they will notice and show you how much you mean to them.  Remember the Golden Rule, my dad used to always tell me, "Treat others they way you would want them to treat you!"

Happy Valentines Day!

Valentines was fun.  We went to Supercross in San Diego at the Qualcomm Stadium.  We tailgated with a few friends we had the bbq and hotdogs goin'  it was great!  I never tailgated before!  It was better than I expected.  

My 26th Birthday!

Well Anthony, my husband, my Mother-n-law, sister and brother-n-law, my best friend Erin, my friends Katie and Joel, my Mom and Mike and ME all went to Disneyland for my birthday!  It was a lot of fun we haven't been there in ages.  I think one of the main reasons I wanted to go is because I think it makes you feel a little bit younger.  Not that I'm saying I'm old or anything but I am 26 and it feels like time is just flying by.  I'll be 30 before I know it! Yikes!  I'm so happy I got to spend my birthday with my family and best friend!  It was a great day.  By the way space mountain is amazing, I love that ride!
